Qualifications:
- Clean and clear driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated interest or aptitude for hands-on work, physical work, or working with cable or electrical components is preferred
- At least 2+ years of supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees is required.
- Must be able to work outdoors, and in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Must be able to walk long distances, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to work occasional overtime and some nights (as needed)
- Proficient in field procedures and documentation
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to remain positive and patient
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate complex situations to colleagues and customers with varying degree of technical knowledge
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks each day.
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
