Job Summary:
Residential Sales Representatives are essential to the growth of i3 Broadband. They build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, educate potential customers about i3 technology and products, and deliver exceptional sales results. Residential Sales Representatives will primarily go door-to-door within an assigned territory or neighborhood, promoting and selling broadband services to residential customers. The role focuses on getting customers excited about switching to i3 Broadband’s 100% Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connection, highlighting the benefits of this advanced technology over traditional providers.
This opportunity includes:

Qualifications:
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong ability to connect with customers, with a friendly "Can Do" attitude.
- Proficient with basic computer and digital tools, and a general understanding of consumer electronics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays (with holiday pay).
- Open to training, feedback, and adapting to i3 standards.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with people effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is required. Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record are required.
- Successful candidates will undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle records check.
- Use of a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
- Ability to talk, hear, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs (e.g., sales/marketing materials, display setups).
