We are looking to add a Technical Support Representative to support our rapid growth. Responsibilities will include answering customers' questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing billing support for our residential customers, business customers, and staff in our entire footprint.

Qualifications:
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Previous customer service or IT-related experience would be helpful
  • Must be computer proficient, have a passion for technology, and have a basic and diverse understanding of consumer electronics
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to identify and produce clear, comprehensive documentation
  • We're very flexible with scheduling, but you must be available on some nights, some weekends, and occasional holidays to fulfill the team schedule
  • Must be detail oriented and to work as part of a team
